It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Blissett (Holley, New York), born in Hulberton, New York, who passed away on February 8, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thorpe Bell Sr. and Irene Bell (Ball); her husband Edward; and her sons-in-law, Richard Scharping and Gerald Harter.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Harter, Carolyn Scharping, Richard Sanford (Linda) and Deborah Seiler; her grandchildren, Brandon and Farin Seilier; and her great grandchild Kameron Walch. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
