In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Randall leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Randall may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller and Jessie Miller (Truman); and his brother Michael J. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Margaret. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home - Holley (16650 NY-31, Holley, NY 14470). The military honors was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wny National Cemetery (1254 Indian Falls Rd, Corfu, NY 14036).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 S Goodman St, Rochester, NY 1462.
