He is survived by: his parents, Mark Shampine and Diane Shampine (Bower) of Holley; his grandmother Beverly Verblaauw (Kenneth) of Waterport; his brothers, Adam Shampine (Sherri) of Spencerport and Alan Shampine (Amber) of Holley; his nieces, Jayda and Sophia; and his cousin Harry J. Bower II. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
