She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Hart and Loretta Hart; her sister Bobbi Statt (LeRoy Morse); her grandson-in-law Zachery Pogel; and her great grandchild DeClan Watt.
She is survived by: her children, Robert VanderVen (Barbara), Mary Knight (Todd), John Vanderven (Michelle) and James VanderVen (Laura); her sister Helen Bischoping (Jerome); and her brother-in-law Joe Statt. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
