She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Butcher and Norma Butcher (Hicks); and her siblings, Frank Butcher and Eva VanWyngarden. She is survived by: her children, Harlan Richenberg (Robbie Coble) and Tammy Philemon; her brother Charles Butcher (Evie); and her grandchildren, Crystal Blankenship (Joshua), Andrew Richenberg (Chelsea) and Steve Philemon. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
