He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Halliday and Jessie Halliday (Yacamini). He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, June Berger (Robert) of Hamlin and Janette Andrews (Chris) of Kent; and his sister-in-law Doreen Mackay of Canada. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew.
