Jerry S. Kozlowski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry S. Kozlowski (Holley, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 28, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kozlowski and Helen Kozlowski (Jaczynski); his stepmother Monica Kozlowski; and his brother Edward Kozlowski. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Kyle Kozlowski and Natalie Heller (Raymond); his grandchildren, Dan Kozlowski (Mariah), Jourdan Kludt (Philip), Skyler Heller (Ally Sharpe) and Cameron Heller (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Tanner, Chase, Weston, Macey, Kolu, Kailana and Leah; and his nephews, Chad, Jason Kozlowski, Mike Sliker and Mark Cates. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (4065 Holley Byron Rd, Holley, NY 14470).
