He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wagner and Margaret Wagner (Connors); and his siblings, Edna Yoffredo, Edward Donald "Don" Wagner and Martha Stockton (McFarland).
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Wagner (Mowers); and his children, Peggy Berlin (Lee), Jerry Wagner (Roxanne), Charles Wagner (Cindy), Rodney Wagner (Pat), John Wagner (Robin) and Edward Wagner (Fai). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
