He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Lavender; his son Daniel D'Andrea; his stepchildren, Jackie Nau (David) and Michael Lavender (Amy); his sister Jane Petta (Joseph); his stepgrandsons, Austin (Jalen), Zachary and Jason; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
