He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Scott Jaczynski of Rome, NY, Christine Callahan (Dan) of Holley, Tonya McGee (Robert Schnaufer) of Medina and Deborah Jaczynski (Jill) of Rochester; and his sister Irene. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
