He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert O. Cosby and Eva E. Cosby (Groff); and his siblings, Donald, Edward Cosby and Virginia Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Emma; his children, Amy Appleton (Bob) and Michael Cosby (Terry); and his grandchildren, Emma and Jeffrey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
