He was predeceased by: his wife Maybell; and his siblings, Corine Gipson, Evelyn Kitt and Sarah McNeal. He is survived by: his child Teresa King of Alvis King; his siblings, Bessie Haywood and Henry King (Peggy); his grandchildren, Justin, Brandon and Ariana; and his great grandchild Brandon Alvis King. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
