He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woodruff and Florence Woodruff (Davis); his wife Charlotte Woodruff (Stanbro); and his siblings, Joyce Meyer, Charles Woodruff, Edna Torrey, Glenn Woodruff, Wayne Woodruff, Peggy Younger, Robert Woodruff and Richard Woodruff.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Lowe (Denton) of Arcade, Cindy Muscarella (late Donald) of Geneseo and Patricia Hallum (Ronald) of Rolla, MO; and his sister Eunice Ivon of Strykersville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
