She was predeceased by: her spouse Gail Lewis; and her brother Dr. Charles Moulton (Linda). She is survived by: her son David G. Lewis (Sharon); her grandsons, Scott Christopher (Melissa), Jason (Melissa) and Adam (Christy); her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Colin, Jack, Nora, Charlotte and Emma; her great great grandchild Maxon; and her sister Joyce Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
