He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his grandson Nicholas Chmielewski; and his brother Casimir Chmielewski. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Colleen) and Carolyn Hamilton (late Stewart); his grandson Benjamin; and his nieces and nephews, Cori Coia (David) and Steven Bazydlo.
