He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edwin, Robert, Florence Fox and Rose Whiteman. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Ulrich; his children, James (Shani) of Long Island, NY, Lisa Frascella (Joseph) of Franklinville, NY and Dennis (Melanie) of Annapolis, MD; his grandchildren, Maria, Katherine Frascella and Anthony Ulrich; his stepgrandchildren, Nicholas and Kyle Lindsay; and his brother Richard Ulrich. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
