He was predeceased by: his parents, Andriena J. Herrmann, (Omundson) and Otto H. Herrmann, Sr.; his son Otto H. Herrmann, III; and his siblings, Marlene Trebesch, Gloria Papenfuhs and Allen Herrmann.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his sons, Daryn Adams (Jonathan), Josh Herrmann (Kimberly), Shawn Herrmann and Flobert Kadja Thomi (Louise); his daughter-in-law Kelley Hosmer; and his brother Daniel Herrmann (Yvonne). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
