He was predeceased by: his parents, Seymour Bolton and Kathryn Bolton (Enright); his close friend Sandra Williams; and his brother Robert Bolton. He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Hunziker; his child Jean Jenkins (Charlie) of Little Rock, AR.; his stepchildren, James Johnson (Judy), Michael Reid (Heidi), Robin Reid and Aaron Reid (Lisa); his grandchildren, Danielle, Hunter, Colin, Olivia, Abriana, Andrew, Aiden and Avin; his brother Richard Bolton (Sherry) of Newport; his sister-in-law Elaine Bolton of Durham, NC.; his caregiver Laurie Fitzsimmons; and also, Tamara and James Smith. He is also survived by his family, especially his adored children and grandchildren.
