He is survived by: his parent Julieann Moyer (Thrasher); his wife Kelly Moyer; his children, Miranda Moyer, Steven Moyer and Christopher Moyer; his father Joseph "Todd"; his siblings, Holly Moyer and Brian; his sister-in-law Cher Moyer; his grandparents, Joseph M., Joan Moyer, Richard and Marilyn Thrasher; his aunts, Joyce Moyer and Lori Moyer; his uncle Ted Moyer; and his nieces, Chloe and Kaylee. He is also survived by aunts, uncle and cousins.
