Clapper of Holland Patent; his brother-in-law Dorothy Guy; his grandchildren, Nicole Quesnell, Kevin Quesnell and Samantha Clapper; his great grandchild Shea Lynne Quesnell; his stepgrandchildren, Licia, Amanda and Allie; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Samantha, Isabella and James; his brothers-in-law, Marlene Franklin, Mary Joyce, William Heinzlmeir, Sandra Casedei (Joe Gawarecki) of Rome, Alston Jr., Patricia Huey of Floyd, Ronald Huey, Lynn Huey and Terry P. Huey of Floyd; and also, James D., Brenda Clapper of Floyd, Luther Guy, Carol Avery, George Clapper, Cindy Clapper and Richard Clapper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
