He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward, Edith Romanus, James and Marie Haas. He is survived by: his parents, Gary B. Haas and Judith Romanus Haas; his siblings, Tammy and Lance; his children, Jacob Haas (Sarah) and Amy Haas; and his grandchildren, Mason, Everett and Madelyn. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services (13 Oxford Rd, New Hartford, NY 13413). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at the Mt Olivet Cemetery (70 Wood Rd, Whitesboro, NY 13492).
