We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2024, Dorothy F. Hitter of Holbrook, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Thomas (Becky), Marianne (Donna), Irene Lazaroff (Bill), Lisa Hulse (Mark) and Bill (Catherine); her grandchildren, Thomas (Diana), Emily Varmette (Dave), Kimberly (Joe), Matthew Hulse (Jessica), Daniel Hulse (Michaela), Bradley, Collin (Maggie), Benjamin Lazaroff (Rachel) and Timothy Lazaroff (Madda); her parents, William Feeney and Mildred Feeney; her siblings, Elizabeth Stelljes and Bill Feeney; her daughter Dorothy; her husband Donald; and her family Mash.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Memorial Funeral Mass.
