She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Armstrong and Agnes Armstrong (Casey); and her son Ronald A. Howe. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Howe of Hogansburg and Jeffrey Howe (Jennifer) of Salisbury Mills, NY; her grandchildren, Derek and Russell; her siblings, Francis "Sidney" Armstrong of Hogansburg and Victoria Conners of Hogansburg; and her close friend Gladys White.
