She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cook and Josephine Cook (Herne); and her siblings, Roberta Garrow, Linda Cooke, Ronald Cooke and David Cooke (Duffy).
She is survived by: her children, Crystal of Hogansburg, Lee (Joyce) of Rooseveltown, Scott (Kathy) of Webb City, MO, Charles of Massena, Dale of Langhorne, PA and John of Hogansburg; her grandchildren, Christina, Amanda, Scott, Timothy, Jessica and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Sterling, Greyson, Mary Jane, Dahlila, Aubree, Maybree (Bree), Avery, Riley, Ezra, Vincent and Eva; and her siblings, Arlene Cooke, Nora Ruthig, Verna Slingerland, Joseph Cooke, Richard Cooke, Adrian Cooke and Dean Cooke. She is also survived by loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
