He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Mattice and Alice Mattice (Stevens); and his siblings, Evelyn McStay, Virginia Zimmerman, Hilda Ferguson, Bertie Rockwell, Marie Tompkins, Orson Mattice, Millie Holland, Floyd Mattice, Richard Mattice, Ellry Mattice and Claude Mattice.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon J. Jakus and Janet M. Toth; his grandchildren, Jennifer M. Briggs (Patrick Kelly) and Joseph Toth (Sabrina); his great grandchildren, Joseph and Theresa Toth; and his sister Patty Mattice. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
