He was predeceased by: his father Paul Trask. He is survived by: his mother Linda Dunning Trask of Wellsville; his sisters, Michelle Crawford (Jack) of Wellsville, Amber Nichols (Erin) of Plato, MS and Kimberly Carter (Robert) of Wellsville; and his nieces and nephews, Jackie Washburn, Ryan Nichols (Kenzie), Joseph Crawford, Alec Nichols, Emily Schweigart, Allyson Schweigart, Day Cummings and Bobby.
