He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Ford and Donna Mae Whitter Nupp; and his siblings, Frances Nupp Brock, Virginia Nupp Foltz, Linda Nupp Sherman and LeRoy Nupp.

He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Granger; his children, Ronald L. Scott (Shannon) of Olean, Shawn D. Granger of Hinsdale, Martha L. Banks (Rick) of Austin, PA, Shavonne F. Burnett (Douglas) of Allegany, Shelley L. Kenjockety of Allegany, Shane D. Kenjockety (Jody) of Hinsdale and Shallen J. Holland (Gary) of Hinsdale; and his sisters, Ann Curtis (Howard) of Great Valley and Gudrun Dietz (Douglas) of Little Valley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
