He was predeceased by: his parents, A. D. Case and Margaret Case (Willover); his wife Barbara Threehouse; his son David Copenhaver; his brothers, Daniel and W. Rodney Case; his niece Michelle Case; his nephews, Brian Kenyon and David Threehouse; and his great-niece Katherine Gallets.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Mohr (Case); his granddaughter Carla Buxton (Gavin); his daughter-in-law Paula Copenhaver; his grandsons, Anthony and David Copenhaver Jr.; and his friend Rosabell Hamilton (Bishop).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the Hinsdale Volunteer Fire Department in Hinsdale New York.
