She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Witter and Malita Witter; her husband Alan K. MacNeal; and her siblings, Leroy, Robert, Donald, Raymond, Daniel, Donna and Gloria.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Tomczyszyn (Gene) of Rochester, Karen MacNeal of Florida, Sue MacNeal of Cuba, James MacNeal (Virginia) of Portville and Charles MacNeal (Julie) of Hinsdale; her grandchildren, Christine, Kenny, Lisa, Jamie, Alan, Ashley, Troy, Aaron, Jennifer, Rebecca, Michael, Bobbie Jo, Dawn, Ian, Melissa, Samantha and Brian; her brother Charles Witter; and her niece Ann Curtis of Great Valley. She is also survived by 34 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
