He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Ginnery of Great Valley and Peggy Bullers Ginnery of Salamanca; his children, Arianna Ginnery, Kearian of Hinsdale, NY and Dana Ginnery of Hinsdale, NY; his siblings, Dawn Chapman (LeRoy Hogle) of Salamanca, NY, Dana Jimerson of Tucson, AZ and Christopher Ginnery (Nycole Baxter); his cousin Hayley Ginnery (Tirell McEntire) of Franklinville, NY; his parents-in-law, Jeff and Donna Wackwitz of Olean, NY; and his friends, Brene Battle (Bryant) of Olean, NY and Jesse Wymer of Buffalo, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his beloved cat.
