He is survived by: his parents, James Sr. of Salamanca and Janet Stevens Skiver of Salamanca; his children, Sandra Wright (Teddy Doner) of Salamanca, NY, Jessica Neumann and Jerod Kane of Olean, NY; his grandson Connor; and his siblings, Barbara Skiver and Jeff Skiver of Dan Skiver.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
