She was predeceased by: her father Miles J. "Mike" Higley. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Simmons Higley of Allegany; her spouse Tina Bish; her siblings, Rebecca Gilbert-Louser (John Louser) of Olean and Michael Higley (Carrie) of Hinsdale; and her stepchildren, Amber Douglas of Cuba, Joann Palumbo (Ed Ruiz) of Olean, Lorraine Gould of Virginia and Damion Merril of Friendship. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
