He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hugh and Betty Jane Besok Walters; and his brother David Walters. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas M. Walters of Olean and Jack A. Walters of Olean; his sisters, Bonnie Seth of Olean, Jackie Wiley (Bob) of Olean, Linda Corell of Mayville and Sandy Robinson of Portville; and his sister-in-law Ann Walters of Mayville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
