He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bloomfield and Leona Bloomfield; and his wife Sandy Snyder. He is survived by: his siblings, James Bloomfield, Lisa Bloomfield and Tina Dorofy (Michael); his niece Kaitlyn; and his son Jimmy Bloomfield.
In lieu of flowers or other offerings, Tim had requested that donations may be made to Catholic Charities Family & Community Services, an organization much beloved by Tim.
