She was predeceased by: her brothers, Danny Jensen and David Jensen. She is survived by: her spouse Howard Salleby; her daughters, Carrie Collins and Christina Davis (Jon); her siblings, Tom Jensen (Karen), Joseph Jensen, Sean Jensen (Brenda), Mary Hinkley (Ron) and Kathi Buchiere; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Aliyah, Mariah, Samantha, Anthony, Nicholas and Brooklynn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and Patti was proud that there will be a future great grandchild.
