He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Mary; his mother-in-law Dorothy; and his great-niece Shelby. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Brian, Alyssa, Amanda and Jack; his brothers, Vic Ann (Rae), Tom and Jim; his father-in-law Frank; and his sisters-in-law, Susan (Mike) and Mary (Bob). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
