She was predeceased by: her parents, Jozef Sperka and Aniela Sperka. She is survived by: her husband Boguslaw Gomulak; her daughter Beata Gomulak-Cavicchio (Joseph); her grandchildren, Davin, Simone and Nadine Gomulak-Cavicchio; and her siblings, Jozef Sperka (Janinia), Marta Sowa (Aleksander), Janina Morawski (Ryszard) and Maria.
