Donald F. Hettig Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald F. Hettig (Hilton, New York), who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Hettig and Arlene Hettig; and his former wife Betty Clark-Hettig. He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Debra Cooley (Mark) of Batavia, NY and Douglas Hettig (Lauri) of Deltona, FL; his nieces, Kathy Castellano, RN of Brighton, NY, Unckie Don and Kay; his friend Steve Lape; his stepdaughter Theresa Croce (Rob Faust); his stepgranddaughter Michelle (Derek Smith) of Hilton, NY; his stepson Michael (Jill Stavalone); and his stepgrandson Mark (Michelle Croce). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church or Verona St. Animal Society.
