He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Nancy McNamara (Mike) and David Haak Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Whaley; his daughter Montana; his stepdaughter Michelle Gallo (Richard); his mother Penny Swingly (Gus); his sister Sherry (Justin Mander); his nephew Zachary Whaley; and his close friends, Hector Gonzalez and Ricky Brewer. He is also survived by Step Sisters and Brothers, Aunts and Uncles and Cousins.
