She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Downey (Bud); and her parents, Joshua Larkin and Rheba Larkin (Taylor). She is survived by: her children, Betsy Speer (Brian) and Randy Downey (Donna); her grandchildren, Sara, Erin, Bradley Speer, Shannon Boucher, Joshua Downey (Ashley) and Benjamin Downey (Rosanna); and her great grandchildren, Grace, Avery Speer, Brysin and Gaven Downey.
