He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Carney (Diane Carney); and his parents, William Joseph Carney and Dorothy May Carney. He is survived by: his sister Carol Sanders (Barry Sanders); and his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Sanders, Laura Sicke, Christopher and Timothy Carney.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cannon Funeral Home (2020 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a local animal shelter or wildlife rescue organization in Bill's memory.
