We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2019, at the age of 80, Rosalie I. Russell (Hillsdale, New York), born in Hudson, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Sigler and Margaret Sigler (Miller); her husband William Harvey Russell, Sr.; and her brothers, Lowell, Norman and Adrian Sigler.

She is survived by: her sons, Kim, Hilton, Kelly Russell, William, Michael Russell and Brian Russell; and her brothers, Bradley, Martin and Howard Sigler. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
