She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Sigler and Margaret Sigler (Miller); her husband William Harvey Russell, Sr.; and her brothers, Lowell, Norman and Adrian Sigler.

She is survived by: her sons, Kim, Hilton, Kelly Russell, William, Michael Russell and Brian Russell; and her brothers, Bradley, Martin and Howard Sigler. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
