He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Sr. and Florence Van Wagner Sr. (Burns); his sons, Roland Burlingame Sr. of Pine Plains, NY and Mark (Jean Burlingame) of Ancram, NY; his daughters-in-law, Denise Burlingame of Hopewell Junction, NY and Darlene Burlingame of Millbrook, NY; and his siblings, Karen and Edward. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
