She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold DeWitt and Helen DeWitt of North Chatham; her husband Warren George Hoffman, Sr. of Hillsdale; and her sisters, Edna Hancock of Ohio, Mary Maiorano of Thornwood and Helen Kukon of Germantown.
She is survived by: her sons, Warren G. Hoffman, Jr. (Donna VanAllen), Dale A. Hoffman (Denise), Bruce D. Hoffman (Patricia), Ned C. Hoffman (Terri) and Gary L. Hoffman (Patricia); her sister Evangeline of Hasbrouck Heights; her grandchildren, Brian Hoffman (Sarah), Rebecca Hoffman, Pamela Hoffman (Joshua), Leanne Hoffman Sorrentino (Michael), Amelia Hoffman (Michael Curry), Hannah Hoffman, Allison Hoffman (Michael Moore), Brittany Hamberger (Douglas) and Kimberly Hoffman; and her great grandchildren, Gabriella Hoffman-Emory, Elena Sorrentino, Alexander McCleester and Daxton Hamberger.
