He was predeceased by: his parents, James Middaugh and Ruth Middaugh. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Middaugh of Highland; his children, Kathleen Nugent, Julie Ann Formby (Richard) and Jim Middaugh of Highland; and his sisters, Ruth Wesserling (Hank) of Highland and Laura Corbett (Mike) of Highland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
