He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Clark and Helen C. Clark (Kear); his brothers, Tim Clark and Calvin Clark; and his brother-in-law Louie Spencer.
He is survived by: his wife Connie L. Spencer; his daughter Kelly Tilman of Andover; his granddaughters, Taylor Hunt of Andover and Brynne Hunt of Andover; his daughter Amanda Ballam of Andover; his close friend Bob Gruber of Andover; his sister-in-law Kathy Graves (Neil) of Wellsville; his siblings, Ron Clark of Rochester and Donna Conley of Hornell; his nephew Brad Graves (Donna) of Chicago, Ill.; and his nieces, Amber Kendig (Adam), Lona Cook (Tony) of Andover, Samantha Sawyer (Jed) of Wellsville, Lindsey McDonald (Tyson) of Okla and Haley Spencer (Adam Hebblethwaite) of Belmont.
