He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Perez and Esther Nazario; and his brother-in-law Daniel Lopez. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Perez Garcia (Frank) of St. Cloud, FL; his siblings, Jeanette Lopez (Daniel Bumbaco) of New Paltz and Frank Perez of New York, NY; his grandchildren, Charlie, Frank, Jr., Katelyn and Jaelyn; his nieces, Jessica Lopez Schamberg (Søren) of New Paltz and Danielle Lopez-Agor (Matthew Agor) of Gardiner; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haylie, Leah, Daniel, Mateo and Liam; and his pet Skyla.

In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the ASPCA.
