He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Douglas and Dorothy Rockefeller Douglas; and his siblings, Deborah Root, Veda Douglas and Carl Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Douglas; his children, Wanda (Jeff Eaker) and Wayne A. (Terri Douglas); his sister Virginia Herringshaw; and his grandchildren, Joshua Eaker (Kelly), Emily Douglas (Taylor) and Kara Eaker (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
