He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Sr. Penney and Melissa Penney of Highland, NY.; his son David; his daughter-in-law Karen Penney; his son Darren Penney; his granddaughters, Carleen Penney Darsee (Sean) and Brianna Lucia (Daniel); his siblings, Carol Ann Feldt and John Penney (Andrea Giordano); his close friend Betty-Ann Miceli; his caregivers, Mary, Paula, Dee and John; and also, Shawn and Scott McGuire. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
