He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Clair (Garrand) and Arthur St. Clair; his sisters, Sandy Deveau and Cindy St. Clair; and his daughter Karrie Williams.

He is survived by: his daughter Katrina of Highland, NY; his grandchildren, CJ of Hyde Park, NY, Christopher, Hunter of Highland, NY, Alexis and Jayden of Highland, NY; and his siblings, Steve, Wayne, John, Rick, Mike and Shelly of Plattsburgh, NY..
